REFUND POLICY

Our policy remains valid for a duration of 90 calendar days starting from the date of purchase. You may request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the product. Unfortunately, if the 90-day period has elapsed since the purchase, we are unable to offer a refund.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met: 

  1. The product must not be installed or activated.
  2. The product should be incompatible with your system.
  3. The product should malfunction or not work as described.

If the conditions mentioned above are not satisfied, we reserve the right to decline a refund. It is important to distinguish between a malfunctioning product and situations where you encounter an error message. Error messages may result from incorrect setup, configuration, or software issues, causing the product to not function properly.
